Exchange and Claim policy

EXCHANGE:

1. A Product is exchangeable within 15 working days from available stock.
2. Items purchased during sales and promotions are not eligible for return/exchange.
3. No exchange will be made for any products that are not in the same condition in which customers received them.
4. For exchange call customer service on +923006956134 or email on bonzeoffical@gmail.com in order for us to arrange the collection at your home address. You may also get the exchange by visiting any Starlet store. Must bring the digital copy of the order along.

CLAIM:

1. Claims of defective articles will only be entertained within 30 days of purchase.

3. Company’s decision regarding claims will be final.

2. Claim will be accepted on manufacturing and technical defect.
3. Altered product is not claimable.
4. Stones, beads, buckle is not claimable.
5. Wet & burn shoes are not claimable.
6. Sales and discounted items are not claimable.

Cancellation

Company holds the right to cancel any order in case of stock out.
